I started managing vacation rentals as a side gig to my fulltime career. Over the years I have been able to design a standard for management like no other. When you hire Watchful Eye Caretaking & Property Management, LLC you hire expierence. I didn't start this during Covid. I will be here after the novelty has worn off for the people that did. I am honest and upfront. I have worked hard to get where I am. The owners of properties I manage become like family. I get birth announcments, wedding invitations etc. If you want someone that can handle everything related to your short term rental give me a call. I will not manage properties that the owners want to manage and just have me available for guests and set up cleanings. WE ARE NOT A CLEANING SERVICE! I hire my own cleaners and train them and they only clean houses I manage so if its a cleaning service you are looking for I am not for you.

For a standard fee we

A. Will respond to all rental inquiries in a timely manner.

b. Will leave review after property has been cleaned

c. Will notify cleaners of rental schedule

d. Will notify the lawn maintenance and snow removal company of rentals if requested

e. Will inspect property before each rental unless a back to back rental

f. Will provide owner with suggestions of improvements

g. Will notify owner of any damage to property by a renter

h. Will inspect the home and property and notify owner of any dangers or repairs needed

i. Will advise owner of possible rental rate changes

j. Will be available for any emergencies while the property is occupied by renters

k. Will leave a welcome basket out if the Owner so chooses.

Should you cancel or want to change your payment card the "other fees/service fees" are not refunded.

All rentals have a winter plowing contract where the plow comes after every 3-5". For properties with steep driveways it is recommended that you use low gear when coming down them and very little brakes. If you will need to get out early possibly before the plow can make it or you don't feel comfortable coming down some of the driveways its recommended that you park at the bottom. If you request additional plowing for less than the 3-5" it is at the clients cost. Any accidents are at the renters sole liability and are not covered by this company. Sanding and salting is an additional fee charged by the plow company. Should the client request sanding and salting this could result in an additional charge to the client.
