Renter Responsibilities

It is the renters responsibility to read all of the listing. When you book a property you are agreeing to everything in that listing and the rental terms on this site. If a property specifies that you should have AWD or 4x4 to access in the winter months this is not just a recommendation. Some of the driveways can be tricky and steep. It is the renters sole responsibility to make the decision to drive on it before or after it is plowed. If at any point you feel you are not confident in your abilities it is recommended that you park at the bottom of the driveway. The weather up here can change pretty quickly.
