The Neighborhood
The house is located off of a private road, about 10 minutes from the charming mountain village of Margaretville and 15 minutes from Roxbury. Both villages have cute shops, restaurants, antique stores, art galleries, markets and growing art communities. Margaretville has a large grocery store and CVS. Great place to stay in the Catskills-- either for a couple or for a group (which we were). The view is magnificent and the place is pristine, well-appointed, and private. It's a short drive to Roxbury and to Margaretville, so there are places to shop for groceries, browse for antiques, and dine in nice restaurants. Thanks to Kim for making it so easy!

The house was just as described in the listing and was in a beautiful location. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was great to have the bathroom toiletries. Kimberlie was very responsive when we had a power outage, which meant no water, and was in contact with the utility company quickly and kept us in the loop.
