Start your day with a latte at Cafe Marguerite, grab necessities at CVS and Freshtown market, finish with a unique Balkan country dinner at Oda Wine Garden . Belleayre Mountain is a 10 min drive. Hike, fish, kayak and bike all within the surrounding area.

We ❤️ Margaretville!! This house is such a gem and we kept extending our time there because we loved it so much! Every feature is cozy and the house is well equipped for a long stay. Kimberlie was super easy to work with, proactive and responsive. I could go on and on about the charming town with vibrant local businesses and restaurants (shoutout to Kitchen Cheetah and Oda’s local’s night!), stunning Catskills hiking in the area, and the friendliest neighbors — overall we felt so lucky to get to live here this summer.

This was a great spot for our family vacation with generous outdoor space. Our two boys, 2 and 5, loved running around the big yard, picking raspberries off the bushes behind the house, putting on a performance on the “stage” of the wood shed, and of course playing in the creek. We discovered newts and crawfish and were serenaded by thrushes. When we felt adventurous, we walked into town and got ice cream and played at the playground, and rented Kayaks at a nearby lake. Kimberlie is a pro host. When we had an issue with the pack n play she replied to our message instantly and came over in person to help us—cannot say enough about how impressed we were with her management. The home felt comfortable, which was definitely the vibe we were after—I mean this in a flattering way, this is not a luxury rental. This is a place to kick your feet up and relax.
