CASA ZORRO: CHECKOUT LIST We hope you have had a great time at Casa Zorro and will visit us again soon. A cleaning service is included in your rental rate; however, we really appreciate you leaving the house tidy before leaving. We may have a short window before our next guests arrive. Before your departure, please complete the following checklist. Interior: □ Return all furniture, books, and games to original locations □ Ensure all kitchen appliances are switched off – i.e., coffee maker, stovetop, oven, iron, steamer, etc. □ Turn off the lights and fans in all rooms □ Remove sheets from used beds and put them on the floor in that room. Please leave pillows on the beds. *Please DO NOT Remove the duvet covers our cleaning crew will do this! *Please DO NOT Remove the mattress or pillow protectors! □ Place used towels on the bathroom floor □ Remove perishable food from fridge and freezer □ Start dishwasher before you leave □ Separate all garbage and recycling and place it in the trash bin outside – please make sure to latch the bin. □ Ensure you have packed all your phone/iPad/laptop etc. chargers □ Close and lock all windows and doors □ Lock the door behind you when you leave Exterior: □ Ensure gas to BBQ grill is set to OFF position □ Close the umbrella on the deck if open □ Return all outdoor furniture where you found it □ Dispose of all cigarette butts, bottle tops, and litter from the property □ Ensure all evidence of pet occupation is removed from around the property Damage/Breakages: We do not have a problem with the odd breakage, but please let us know about it so we can replace/repair broken or damaged items before our next guests arrive. Faulty Equipment or Appliances: Please let us know about any appliance or piece of equipment that isn’t working. Any items you felt were missing that would have been handy: We like to think we have thought of everything – if we haven’t, we’d love to hear from you about how we can make your stay better! Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel 7-14 days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable.

This was the perfect get away place for the weekend. We were there for a wedding and it served us perfectly. Area is rural but beautiful.
