Catskills retreat: ATV, Hot Tub, hiking & fishing!

The property worked out exceptionally well for our young atv riders as well as the adults with larger SxSs. Trails were well marked and easy to follow. The property was not very rugged/rocky which made it easy for a few of the first time riders to be confident and learn easily. The house was well thought out and clearly marked/labeled. Everything was provided that you could possibly need for an awesome experience. This owner and manager goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as perfect as the property. There was no shortage of activities to do throughout the weekend. The kids went from swimming right to fishing in the very accessible catskill creek. The creek was only a short walk/atv ride from the house and you can hear it running from the back deck. Truly a great mid summer trip to reset and relax!

We stayed at Natures Haven 4/4-4/7. This house has something for everyone! We had 4 families with children ranging from 6 months to 16 years. The guys in our group are ATV enthusiasts who often travel to Pennsylvania or West Virginia to ride. When my husband saw this house in upstate NY, he knew it would be the perfect way to have the whole family ride together. The purpose of our trip was for the younger kids to have a safe controlled environment to enhance their skills and gain more confidence. The property is gorgeous and private. The trails are great for young riders. My daughter who is 9 and the least experienced had mastered the property by the end of the weekend. The creek in the back yard is beautiful and the kids enjoyed fishing. The hot tub was a great addition to this property and perfect after a long day of riding. There is also a swing set and playroom for the little kids. I have rented a lot of houses over the years and this one is the most stocked and well thought out. Everything is clean, labeled and comfortable. You can tell it is a loved home and not just a rental. We travelled up with most of our food, but I did go to the local grocery store for a few last-minute things. It was super close and had a great selection. I also ventured out to the town of Hudson which is super cute and worth a trip. Everyone is asking when we can go back!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. It met all our needs, we wanted for nothing. It was clean, comfortable and private. The owner Kim was very responsive, helpful and accommodating! We look forward to going back next year! Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Cynthia
